Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. Please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order information to initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed only upon the return of the product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method only.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the product and the defect. We will send you a return label for the defective product. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will repair the issue or send a replacement within 24 hours.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order details.

Warranty

All orders come with a 30-day warranty that covers shipping costs for returns. Within the initial 30 days of receiving your order, if you encounter any issues with the product, we will cover the shipping expenses for return and replacement.

After the initial 30 days, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for warranty-related returns. Please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order details and product issue to initiate the warranty process. Note that this warranty excludes issues related to broken screens on Steam Decks.

It all started as a birthday present for my wife, Stephanie. I wanted to give them something unique that she would appreciate for a long time rather than something to be tucked away and cherished. After seeing how much she loved it, I decided to assemble and gift a couple more sets to family, which they adored, and realized that this may be something I could use to bring a little bit of joy to others as well.

For the first year I steadily worked alone to mod, test and pack all y’all’s JoyCons as orders slowly trickled in. Then all the sudden out of nowhere, a year and a half into this gig and BAMN! It was around the end of November when orders blew up, I was still working a full time job, so I had to tag in my wife for damage control. With y’all’s support we grew so quickly that in the next month, December 2021, I made Steph a full time partner. She took over the testing and packing department, making positive changes to the order of business immediately by implementing an adequate testing procedure and time limit to ensure each set goes out in perfect working order and streamlined packing, while I continued with modding, customer service and mailing, with systems I already had in place for myself. I’ve since lost my job, so we’ve dedicated our time fully to this store and here we are trying to bring a a few sparks of joy to the world in these dark times.

We really enjoy building these customizations and will do our best to provide the highest quality customer service to each and every one of our customers.
