Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. Please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order information to initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed only upon the return of the product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method only.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the product and the defect. We will send you a return label for the defective product. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will repair the issue or send a replacement within 24 hours.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order details.

Warranty

All orders come with a 30-day warranty that covers shipping costs for returns. Within the initial 30 days of receiving your order, if you encounter any issues with the product, we will cover the shipping expenses for return and replacement.

After the initial 30 days, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for warranty-related returns. Please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com with your order details and product issue to initiate the warranty process.

Steam Decks come with a 12 month warranty for all defects. We will honor any terms set out in Valves warranty policy on their website. Return Shipping will be covered for 30 days as well. Please contact our customer support at your.custom.joycons@gmail.com for assistance with a warranty claim.
